What Are My Shipping Options (US)?

Free USPS first class inside the continental United States on orders of $50 or more. Please allow 5-7 Business Days for delivery.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $6 for USPS first class delivery.

USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 Business Days) is available for all orders for a flat rate of $12.

Fedex or USPS Overnight Delivery is also available if you are really in a pinch!
Note: While this has not happened, we cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost by the USPS.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do! It's an honor and privilege to deliver to our military personnel.
When will my items be shipped?
As quickly as possible! Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following receipt.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do! Currently we ship to most countries.
We prefer to use USPS International First Class Mail and USPS Priority International as our shipping method so that we can provide you a tracking number (plus they are a good price).
If your country is not listed for some reason and you want us to ship you something, just send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a quote!
Please note that with the USPS International First Class shipping method it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to reach its destination depending on the country to which the package is being delivered. While we always hope that both the US and receiving country's mail services are efficient, we don't have control of the speed in which it arrives once the item(s) leave our shop.

Will I have to pay Duties & Taxes on my international order?
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. JJ Caprices has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
